Just before the covid, Seppe Van Sever went to Latin America for a few months. On every street corner you can buy fresh lemonades made of a few ingredients: sugar, lemon and water. He is a fan of the idea, he comes back to Belgium and decides to make it at home, in Brussels. The @ateliercuarenta project took shape and a year later the first lemonades were marketed. All the ingredients are organic and the herbs come from the urban farm @bighfarming . The lemonades are all made with water, cane sugar, lemon and a touch of extra. There are currently 3 different sodas available, one with basil, one with habanero pepper and one with ginger.
