Stéphanie Browaeys opened the bakery over a year ago, just a stone's throw from Place Vanderkindere.
Everything is made on the premises in a small workshop that opens onto the shop. It serves sourdough bread and Viennese pastries. Opening a bakery was not really in Stéphanie's plans. Before embarking on this adventure, she worked in investment banking. During the covid, a friend gave her her first sourdough. She then created and refined all her recipes for 10 months before opening and selling her first croissant in March 2022.
