You will find @cohopbrussels on the site of the Arsenal in Etterbeek.

This is one of the most exciting projects on the Brussels brewing scene a cooperative of 4 breweries: Brasserie Witloof, Une bière deux tartines, Janine, and DrinkThatBeer.

Thomas, from the Witloof brewery, launched a call for projects and was quickly joined by the other breweries. The project actually started in January 2020 and they received the keys to the premises in June 2021. In May 2022, they opened the sandwich shop with bread from Janine's and a few months later, the famous Cohop bar. And it is worth a visit! The bar is on the mezzanine, overlooking all the tanks, those of the 4 breweries as well as those of Cohop, because yes, Cohop also brews its own beer. The project also offers custom brewing, which allows people outside Cohop to come and brew their own beer and get advice.

Rémi, 38 years old, coordinates Cohop with enthusiasm after having left his job as a mechanical engineer, a totally different experience which has everything to please him: contact with people and the brewing world.
