Henri, Nassim and François, three beer enthusiasts who live together in the rue de l'Ermitage, were fascinated by the range of flavors that craft beer has to offer. They brewed at home, first in their kitchen, then in their cellar, then at a friend's place, increasing the quantity of brews each time.

Now they are officially installed in Anderlecht. There is a bar in the brewery itself, another in Saint-Gilles where they often organise events in collaboration with breweries from all over the world. They also have a shop right next to the brewery (@lescavesdelermitage ) where you'll find, next to the beers, excellent natural wines.

Their menu has about 20 beers including four fixed beers, regular beers, seasonal beers and limited editions. In short, it's a Brussels brewery that produces modern beers with a very relaxed and casual spirit, whose goal is to make good beers that are easy to drink!
