The idea of opening a restaurant was born almost 10 years ago for Tim and his brother Ben Siaens.
At events they met chef Nico Corbesier and sous-chef Katrien vantomme, with whom they developed the idea and philosophy behind Kline: to give people a good time over dishes prepared with know-how, creativity and quality food in a beautiful restaurant.
The actual launch was planned for early 2020 but the covid decided otherwise. 2 years later, the project to launch the restaurant is back on the table and while the work is being finished, the duo, chef and sous-chef Nico and Katrien, take possession of Teddy Picker's loft for 2 months in which they organised intimate, gourmand and relaxed evenings by proposing set menus to share.
On Saturday, April 1st, the Kline restaurant officially opened its doors and held its first meal. Kline's à la carte menu features local products and creative, raw and gourmet cuisine in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with plates to share.
