Two years ago, Julie took over the oldest cheese shop in Brussels. Located on Place Saint-Josse, this business with its 1950s-style decor has existed since 1913 but needed a new lease of life. Julie has succeeded in this challenge and defines herself as a creamer, not a cheesemaker. She does not make the cheeses. She takes care of them and enhances them after they are made.
