About ten years ago, Thomas Wyngaard, not a coffee lover at all, drank his first good coffee at Blue Bottle in NY. He became interested in the world of coffee and entered the world of specialty coffee. Eight years ago, he wanted to learn more about the world of coffee. Instead of travelling and only having coffees in nice coffee bars, he decided to start his blog @ok_coffee_tips . A blog in which he interviews baristas while travelling. Later he launched the coffee tour concept in NY and developed it when he came back to Brussels 3 years ago.
Today OK Coffee is a platform that works for the recognition of specialty coffee through coffee tours, barista courses to discover specialty coffee but also coffee consulting and trips to Ethiopia to discover producers.
