It was during the lockdown in Brussels that Nouné started to make kombucha and without knowing it, the project that is RISH today was born: an urban and artisanal production of non-alcoholic drinks. Mainly Kombucha but also non-alcoholic aperitifs. She wanted it to be a product that was good for your health, as well as an artisanal and quality product. The idea was not only to do things differently but also to do things better.
In short, RISH is a project that is now 2 years old and has already led to numerous collaborations with chefs, restaurants and creative projects. In the future, RISH would like to extend its range with other fermented drinks, always without alcohol and with the same idea of doing things better.
