SLOT is a market area where you can buy vegetables and produce that comes straight from the producers, but it's also a café area where you can have a brunch or a coffee with a pastry. Soon there will also be a workshop area... all in a listed building.

Laurie and Kevin, the founders, started thinking about the project during Covid. Kevin was in charge of markets for Ferme du Peuplier. When they closed down, they needed to find a way of selling the farm's vegetables. In 5 days, they opened their first temporary shop in a restaurant. Given its success, they ended up opening 5. At the end of Covid, the idea was to create a market that would be open all day long. It was the location that convinced them to open a hotel and catering area alongside the market, as well as a workshop area, with the aim of bringing people together in a way that went beyond just shopping.
