Antoine is a 25 year old Brussels native with a passion for baking. After his studies at Ceria, he went to train all over the world: England, Sydney, Montreal, Lyon, and then started his own bakery in Brussels. His ultimate dream is to open Soleil Bakery in the countries where he has worked. His next step is to perfect his panettone in Italy or France. Go and have a look, its all so delicious!
